Leads the development and rollout of a Climate Security & Resilience program, including designing a flood-prone community pilot, preparedness protocols, continuity-of-operations plans, and a Jewish Community Climate Resilience Playbook. Builds and manages cross-sector partnerships with government agencies, utilities, emergency management, nonprofits and academic partners, delivers trainings and conferences, supports coalition members in developing and reporting Climate Action Plans, and tracks grant deliverables and evaluation metrics.
