Supports policy team in educating and engaging state energy decision-makers and public utility commissioners through research, stakeholder outreach, and development of state-based strategies. Plans and executes regional and national educational forums, manages project and knowledge-management tools, and prepares reports and updates to inform regulatory and technology discussions. Coordinates with regional programs (Central states, Mid‑America Regulatory Conference) and supports cross‑jurisdictional initiatives on energy affordability, access, reliability, and resilience.
