Summary

Leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver climate risk assessments and develop adaptation and resilience strategies for infrastructure and business clients, translating climate projections into practical engineered and nature-based solutions. Develops and grows service offerings, secures and manages commercially successful projects across sectors (transport, water, energy, urban infrastructure), and mentors staff to upskill the practice in resilience and climate adaptation.
