Sustainability Consultant II

Summary

Supports sustainable building projects by working with senior sustainability staff to apply high-performance design guidelines, coordinate third-party certification programs (LEED, Guiding Principles, WELL/Fitwel), and implement strategies to improve building performance. Tracks and helps reduce project carbon impacts, including use of LCA tools, and collaborates with design and construction teams to embed sustainable design practices throughout project delivery.
