Summary

Leads technical accounting policy, provides advisory on complex transactions (especially M&A), and maintains the group’s suite of accounting policies and IFRS interpretations. Engages external auditors, prepares finance materials for senior governance, mentors the reporting team, and works with the sustainability reporting team to design controls and processes to meet ESG reporting requirements.
