Summary
Manages an assigned portfolio of climate project loans by reviewing borrower financials and project performance, monitoring covenant compliance, and preparing credit memoranda and risk-rating recommendations. Coordinates loan administration with relationship managers, legal counsel, servicers, and third-party engineers/O&M contractors, identifies emerging risks, and recommends loan modifications, renewals, and other credit actions to support financing of solar, storage, and energy-efficiency projects.
