Summary

Leads preparation and delivery of climate- and nature-related disclosures and reporting, aligning non-financial information to standards and conducting double materiality assessments. Provides internal governance support (including acting as secretariat for the Climate Change Committee), advises on climate and nature advocacy, and coordinates integration of disclosure and governance processes across merger-related workstreams.
