Senior Client Manager

Summary

Leads client engagements across the full project lifecycle to deliver sustainability strategy, goal setting, program implementation, reporting, and communications for operations and supply chains. Builds and directs cross-functional project teams, conducts research and stakeholder interviews, diagnoses challenges, develops solutions, and designs and facilitates workshops and executive alignment. Prepares proposals, delivers recommendations, supports implementation, and mentors project teams while serving as a trusted advisor to corporate and public-sector clients.
