Sales Director with Sustainability, Regen Ag, and/or Carbon Markets Experience
Owns end-to-end enterprise sales for agtech SaaS and sustainability solutions, prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex, multi-solution deals while building and converting a revenue-aligned pipeline. Collaborates with Product/Sustainability Solutions, Science, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align offerings to customer needs, influence product direction with market feedback, and provide pricing and deal-structure input. Maintains forecasting and CRM discipline, represents the company externally, and continuously refines go-to-market approach based on performance data.
