Coordinates and drives a system-wide sustainability roadmap, leading multidisciplinary Green Teams and cross-functional initiatives to reduce environmental impacts across facilities. Develops dashboards and executive reporting for metrics such as energy, waste diversion, water use, and GHG emissions; partners with supply chain, facilities, clinical operations, and construction to embed sustainable purchasing, energy conservation, waste-reduction, and sustainable construction practices while supporting education and engagement efforts.
