Property Energy & Carbon Manager
Leads delivery of Scope 1 and 2 carbon reduction programmes across the retail estate by developing roadmaps, designing low‑carbon/energy solutions (electrification, energy efficiency, fleet measures) and tracking performance. Builds business cases and financial models to secure investment, partners with energy buyers and suppliers on energy purchasing and REGOs, and provides project management for vendor pilots while supporting selected supply chain (Scope 3) decarbonisation initiatives.
