Assess emissions performance against targets, identify drivers, gaps, risks and priority actions, and translate emissions data and operational initiatives into a data-driven enterprise decarbonization roadmap. Analyze reduction opportunities across energy, real estate, technology infrastructure, procurement and travel, and produce executive-ready materials, KPIs and governance recommendations to inform decision-making and close the gap to target.
