Lead commercial delivery and portfolio management for low‑carbon power assets, acting as commercial lead on M&A, JV formation, farm‑downs and power offtake negotiations. Evaluate and incubate low‑carbon power business concepts, optimise integration of assets and trading/offtake value, manage stranded costs and residual liabilities, and coordinate stakeholders across trading, finance, BD and iJVs to drive portfolio value.
