Sustainability & Governance Manager
Leads delivery of the firm's sustainability strategy and translates high-level ambition into practical priorities, frameworks, and actions. Embeds ESG into day-to-day operations by partnering with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance and Finance, owns sustainability reporting and regulatory/external disclosures, and ensures sustainability risks and ESG appetite are identified, assessed and monitored through governance forums. Also manages the group's policy governance framework and contributes to legal, risk and compliance initiatives to maintain oversight as the business scales.
