Owns and grows enterprise customer relationships for a climate-risk SaaS platform, onboarding and training technical and non-technical stakeholders, running demos and pilots, and serving as primary contact from contract through renewal. Monitors account health and usage, triages support and product issues, leads QBRs, drives expansion opportunities, and translates customer feedback into product and resilience recommendations to reduce physical climate risk.
