Summary

Provides team leadership and supervision for Community Navigators delivering hands-on climate initiatives with municipalities, translating program plans into actionable tasks and ensuring aligned, timely delivery. Coaches and onboards staff, monitors workloads and deliverables, supports community engagement activities (meetings, workshops), assists with funding/support processes, and applies practical, on-the-ground insights to improve program effectiveness and local climate adaptation and mitigation outcomes.
