Leads strategy and execution for a portfolio of programs supporting climate tech startups, including designing and running accelerator and capacity-building cohorts. Manages program operations and logistics (applications, onboarding, scheduling, mentor matching, dashboards), develops proposals and funding opportunities, conducts market and impact research, and contributes to program reporting. Builds and maintains partnerships and stakeholder engagement, coordinates with marketing on content, and works with cross-functional teams to align programs with organizational objectives.
