Manage a portfolio of long-term contracts with funders and corporate offtakers for carbon projects, ensuring contractual obligations, KPIs, KYC and reporting are met and coordinating with project delivery teams. Lead contract renegotiations, dispute resolution and development of risk frameworks and a centralised contract management system while translating delivery performance into commercial and contractual outcomes. Support site visits and due diligence, drive value optimisation across pricing and delivery structures, and feed contractual insights into new deal origination.
