Chief Operating Officer

Summary

Oversees operations, finance, and organizational systems to translate strategy into executable plans, budgets, staffing, and KPIs; leads annual budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, financial analysis, billing, contracting, IT/resource management, and compliance. Partners with fiscal sponsor on accounting, reporting, HR coordination, and policy/risk management while supporting fundraising strategy and fee-for-service/licensing operations. Directs people operations, performance management, and culture to enable organizational growth and effective delivery of climate simulation tools and policy programs.
