Climate Programs Associate

Summary

Implements and manages a portfolio of climate projects focused on EV infrastructure, clean mobility equity, and building decarbonization; develops and executes workplans, tracks project data, and supports grant applications and budget/reporting requirements. Conducts community engagement and outreach—including culturally and linguistically accessible engagement in English and Spanish—collecting inputs and outcomes to inform recommendations and program reporting. Prepares program materials and presents progress to stakeholders and governing bodies while coordinating across teams to align efforts toward equitable greenhouse gas reductions and resilience.
