Summary

Leads delivery of an accelerator programme for the built environment, managing discovery and selection of high‑potential SMEs, designing and running 3–4 month industry trials, and enabling commercial scale through procurement pathways. Coordinates industry partners, trial hosts and investors, monitors trial performance and captures impact, and produces evidence packs and adoption-ready playbooks to support commercialisation of low‑carbon and productivity-enhancing innovations.
