Director of Community Engagement and Outreach

Summary

Provides strategic and operational leadership for outreach, member engagement, and subscriber growth by building and managing an Outreach & Engagement department, setting goals, KPIs, budgets, and SOPs. Leads community partnerships and large-scale campaigns to recruit community solar participants and residential efficiency/electrification program enrollees while personally participating in outreach, enrollment events, and member support. Uses CRM data and cross-functional collaboration to improve member experience, measure performance, and develop outreach staff.
