Synthesizes legal, policy, and data-driven findings into clear, accessible outputs, manages multiple projects and stakeholder relationships (researchers, labor, community partners, policymakers), and may perform quantitative analysis using tools such as Excel, Datawrapper, Python/R, and GIS.
