Coordinates and leads IT investment planning and project prioritisation, producing an evidence-based view of the department’s digital and data investment pipeline. Provides strategic advice and governance support to senior stakeholders and shapes data, IT and AI strategy to improve transparency, decision-making and outcomes that enable the organisation’s climate, energy, environment and water objectives.
