Fractional Communications Director

Summary

Leads and coordinates communications across advocacy and research arms to advance state-level clean energy deployment, ensuring legally appropriate messaging for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) activities. Crafts and executes integrated public affairs strategy including earned media outreach, digital and partner communications, paid/earned/shared/owned channel oversight, and development of narratives and talking points translating complex energy policy. Manages content creation, edits materials, tracks communications metrics and prepares funder-ready reports while supervising staff, consultants, and contractors.
