Summary
Develops and maintains an ESG compliance framework and serves as the central subject-matter expert on ESG and LkSG matters, advising business areas and local compliance functions across the group. Conducts compliance reviews of ESG-related statements, supports human-rights due diligence and LkSG investigations, and monitors/assesses emerging regulations (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD) to derive implementation measures and controls.
