Summary

Conducts financial and impact underwriting for farmland investments, building and managing farmer partnerships from outreach through closing and coordinating diligence, vendors, and counsel. Develops transaction structures and financial models, prepares Investment Committee memoranda and business development materials, and evaluates conservation potential in collaboration with land trusts and partners. Performs industry and market research, prioritizes opportunities, and provides independent risk assessments and recommendations while traveling to properties and conferences as needed.
