Staff Software Engineer

Summary

Designs and implements core platform systems for a conservation-focused software product, including rebuilding the permissions and authorization model and producing architecture and design documentation. Architects and scales IoT data pipelines to ingest and process large real-time sensor streams, establishes testing and CI/CD standards, and leads implementation, delivery, risk mitigation, and mentorship across the engineering team. Promotes and integrates AI-assisted development tooling and drives technical culture to ensure reliable, scalable systems supporting conservation operations.
