Director, Enterprise Sustainability & ESG

Summary

Define and lead the enterprise-wide sustainability and ESG strategy, embedding ESG into governance, risk management, and capital allocation while advising executive leadership and the Board. Drive regulatory and reporting readiness (CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, EU Taxonomy), ensure audit-ready disclosures and robust data governance, and oversee enterprise GHG accounting, climate transition planning, and scenario analysis. Partner cross-functionally to operationalize ESG across finance, legal, risk, and commercial teams while identifying automation and GenAI opportunities to scale ESG data and workflows.
