VP, Global Compliance and Sustainability

Summary

Designs and leads the enterprise-level compliance and sustainability function, creating centralized frameworks, regulatory mapping, obligation management, and risk-based monitoring as the Second Line of Defense. Oversees GHG accounting and climate transition planning, regulatory disclosure readiness (CSRD/ESRS/ISSB/EU Taxonomy), decarbonization integration, incident management, and Board-level reporting. Builds and manages a global team and partners with Risk and Internal Audit to embed ESG and compliance risks into enterprise governance and controls.
