Provide senior legal leadership for renewable energy project development and IPP operations, leading land acquisition and site-control workstreams and negotiating options, leases, easements, and related documents. Manage and negotiate project finance and commercial contracts (EPC, O&M, supply), support M&A transactions and due diligence, oversee outside counsel, and build compliance matrices to track contractual obligations across development, construction, and asset management.
