Supports structuring and execution of project finance for renewable energy and power infrastructure in Japan by building and maintaining financial models, preparing investment committee and lender materials, and coordinating documentation. Conducts financial due diligence and M&A support, liaises with Japanese and international banks, advisors, and regulators in both Japanese and English, and helps secure non-recourse debt, mezzanine finance, and equity to enable project development and operation.
