Define and drive the multi-year hardware product strategy and roadmap for a fast charging network, owning full lifecycle product management from concept through sunset. Translate market, customer, reliability, regulatory, and financial inputs into hardware, firmware, and site requirements, build business cases, and lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, operations, and suppliers. Manage and grow the hardware product team, set operating rhythms and success metrics, and ensure reliability, compliance, and strong customer/site experiences.
