Develops and maintains ESG reporting processes, governance and internal control frameworks, including process mapping, risk assessment, control testing and documentation to ensure data accuracy. Prepares and supports ESG disclosure reports, develops accounting/reporting policies, collaborates cross-functionally to gather and verify sustainability data, and leads initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and regulatory compliance.
