ESG & Social Impact Manager

Summary

Shapes and executes the organization’s ESG and social impact strategy by translating high-level commitments into practical, auditable actions and leading ESG initiatives across business units. Manages end-to-end ESG data, impact measurement systems and disclosures aligned with regulatory frameworks, coordinates responses to investors and rating agencies, and integrates ESG and climate-related risks into enterprise risk processes. Designs and oversees social impact programs (financial inclusion, community partnerships), supports governance and cross-functional embedding of responsible banking practices.
