Major Gift Officer

Summary

Builds and manages a portfolio of ~140 donors/prospects, developing individualized cultivation and stewardship plans to secure four- to five-figure gifts and meet portfolio revenue targets. Conducts donor qualification and solicitation, leads meetings and engagement activities, analyzes donor data to grow a sustainable pipeline, and maintains accurate donor records. Collaborates with program and development staff to align donor interests with funding priorities and advance funding for environmental and policy initiatives.
