Monitors and analyses EU climate, energy and clean technology policy, assessing risks and opportunities for the UK and advising UK government teams. Supports UK‑EU negotiations on climate matters (including carbon pricing and linking ETSs), leads engagement on renewables and clean tech enablers, builds stakeholder networks across EU institutions and member states, and provides briefings for senior officials and ministerial visits.
