Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Summary

Designs, develops, and deploys manufacturing equipment and workstations across the battery cell assembly line, from manual benchtop builds to fully automated high-volume systems. Provides DFM feedback to design teams, selects and partners with equipment integrators, installs and qualifies new equipment, documents robust processes and SOPs, leads root-cause debugging, and trains hands-on production staff to enable reliable, safe, high-throughput battery manufacturing that supports multi-day energy storage for decarbonizing the grid.
