Summary

Owns the operational and stakeholder-facing execution of multi-tenant solar and energy storage projects, acting as the primary contact for property managers, residents, and internal technical teams; runs regular in-person property visits and coordinates onboarding, enrollment, billing communications (email/mail/SMS), and issue resolution. Builds and manages communication timelines, scalable playbooks, and support coverage for new launches and ongoing billing operations, troubleshooting technical problems with engineers and training partners on solar billing workflows to ensure accurate passing of solar savings to tenants.
