Deputy General Counsel

Summary

Provides senior legal leadership on complex commercial, project development, and financing matters for power generation and equipment supply arrangements, drafting and negotiating EPCs, PPAs/tolling, equipment supply and long-term service agreements. Leads project finance and tax-equity transactions, manages outside counsel, identifies and mitigates contracting and project risk, and develops contracting playbooks and contract lifecycle management practices to support clean energy deployments.
