Summary

Leads and implements multi-year philanthropic and development strategy to sustain community-led resilience efforts, cultivating and stewarding relationships with foundations, major donors, corporate partners, and peer funders. Manages fundraising operations and capacity—overseeing proposals, donor cultivation and reporting, donor database administration, and contracted staff support—while ensuring program impact data is available for funder communications. Represents the organization in networks and convenings to identify co-funding opportunities and advocate for participatory grantmaking practices.
