Dispute Resolution Specialist

Summary

Manages and advances dispute resolution processes for complaints arising from funded climate projects, including eligibility screening, problem-solving facilitation, agreement monitoring, and drafting case-related reports and documentation. Works with stakeholders and contracted mediators/consultants to design and implement resolution pathways, assess allegations of environmental and social harm, and support capacity-building and policy recommendations tied to the Fund’s accountability role.
