Develops and manages programs that translate academic climate research into scalable, equitable real-world solutions, including designing and overseeing grant and fellows programs. Leads stakeholder outreach and coalition-building, project-manages cross-team initiatives from design through execution, supervises staff and interns, and establishes performance metrics and evaluation frameworks to track impact.
