Summary

Leads development and implementation of environmental and climate strategies for cocoa and palm sourcing, translating those strategies into supplier requirements, decision frameworks, and landscape programs to address deforestation, land-use change, and Scope 3 emissions. Serves as the technical and governance authority across sourcing, drives evidence-based approaches (agroforestry, regenerative practices, biodiversity and water stewardship), leverages environmental data for risk/benefit decisions, and represents the organisation in industry and multi-stakeholder forums.
