Summary

Acts as the operational lynchpin running office facilities, IT support, HR administration, finance coordination, board liaison and general inbox management while supporting an upcoming office move. Manages the Plastic Fishing programme—handling bookings, skipper/trip coordination and client follow-up—and identifies and implements process and systems improvements. Also takes ownership of carbon emissions reporting and can lead on culture, people and organisational development depending on experience.
