Summary

Leads the development and execution of a multi-year, group-wide ESG reporting strategy, including systems roadmap, data architecture, and integrations to deliver audit‑ready disclosures. Oversees CSRD/ESRS preparation, assurance planning, compliance with global reporting requirements and benchmarks, and builds internal ESG capabilities while producing quarterly dashboards and board-level reporting.
