Summary
Leads sustainability governance and regulatory compliance workstreams, including horizon scanning, maintaining legal registers, and assessing applicability and impact of new sustainability regulation. Owns implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and manages sustainability due diligence for M&A, customer inquiries, and Scope 3 apportionment. Serves as the sustainability lead for third-party risk management and supplier due diligence, coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Investor Relations to embed contractual and compliance requirements.
