Leads and delivers carbon strategy across an infrastructure programme by embedding carbon considerations into design, procurement and delivery, and managing whole-life carbon and cost assessments. Ensures PAS 2080-aligned carbon accounting and reporting, drives low-carbon innovation and reductions, provides strategic carbon advice to clients and mentors project teams on baselines, analysis and mitigation measures.
