Owns and executes the product roadmap and strategy to deliver tools that quantify decarbonization for project developers, making build/buy/partner decisions and setting product OKRs. Leads and mentors product managers and designers, prototypes features (including using AI and Figma), reviews engineering work, and coordinates cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Delivery) to ship products on time. Conducts customer and market research, translates insights into requirements, partners with Sales/Customer Success, and communicates roadmaps and launches to executives and partners.
