Summary
Extracts, cleans and analyzes large volumes of utility and operational data to build dashboards, management reports and revenue-assurance analytics. Performs deep-dive analysis into operational KPIs (workforce performance, productivity, cost and quality drivers), identifies revenue leakage and rate/volume variances, and partners with stakeholders to implement controls across the lead-to-cash process. Continuously improves BI tooling and processes to surface opportunities that support energy consumption visibility and client decarbonization outcomes.
